Your probably going to need to get a more laminar flow for this to do what your trying to do. 5 soda straws cut short. Surround one soda straw with the 4 others, cement them together removing gaps and insert into the hole. Once the water flows, then fire the laser down the middle of the center straw. That will probably yield the effect you are looking for.
