i think they are trying to hold everybody back by giving them bad advice. "use light weights and do the exersise in a way thats virtually imposible" the pros are the best for a reason

Everyone is going on about roids but there are plenty of powders right now on the market. That give a massive testosterone boost when taken just like roids. They just don't shrink your balls. Muscletech bein one of them which Jay is sponsored by. What's wrong with believing that these people got this way through sheer hard work and a shit load of protein. These people have a passion to become the biggest just like the ones who have a passion for computer games and get big round the gut.
That's fine. Nothing wrong with swinging as long as you squeeze the bicep, feel the pump, and stand straight. The point is not to stand there like a robot, but give it enough momentum to swing the weight up and lower it down, some times swinging is not bad, it gives you an extra boost, and there is nothing wrong with that.

That's fine. Nothing wrong with swinging as long as you squeeze the bicep, feel the pump, and stand straight. The point is not to stand there like a robot, but give it enough momentum to swing the weight up and lower it down, some times swinging is not bad, it gives you an extra boost, and there is nothing wrong with that.

It is impressive how the way he trains goes against everything they teach you at the gym, the swings the dumbells, moves his back, his feet are not in the position that must trainers say, etc, etc; althoug, not even 1% of the trainers look close to what he looks like.
