@melissaandjer My almost 3.5 year old has about as much hair as the little girl in the video. She is taller than many 5 year olds so I think she was too busy growing in height to grow much hair, at least until she was 18 months old.

I have found that using nail clippers to cut the small elastics works better than scissors. You can get just the edge of the elastic without cutting hair.

Her hair is cute too. if this was my cousin 1 her hair would be to short for this and two she wouldnt stay as long as your daughter did and they are the same age but she sure would look cute with that. So cute! My sister (5) and her friend who is our dance teachers daughter age(3) play together at our house all the time. Lots of the time they swim and then get out and play baby dolls. They always want their hair fixed the same and this is super cute! I will def try this soon:)

I love it, and all of those that keep saying that doing a toddler hair is wrong... is because they are that kind of moms that doesnt care how the baby looks and wont give a bath or change their clothes, the diapers because they are lazy or they just prefer to look cute instead of making their kids look cute.... hair on their face only makes them force their vision... and if you are going to do their hair why not just make it cute and different???
