Now, deeply in pain, no passion for life. thinking of her every second. I'm going no contact. It actually feels empowering telling them you'll never speak to them again. Just becaureful drinking alcohol, it gets your fingers itchy and emotional. Delete her number, store it some where you know wont get you tempted to call, in a closet.

I wasn't dumped but the last 2 years/birthdays I spent a lot of the day arguing with 2 different and I know that sucked..
