it's tough to say if USA has passed Mexico or not. I think the USA had passed Mexico but I think both teams are close to even now. It's tough to say because Mexico can't win in the States, and USA can't win in Mexico. Last game played at a neutral site was 2002 in Korea which was 7 years ago and featured two very different teams. Mexico is loaded with talent and I feel they underachieve on the big stage, but that could change in 2010.
