Other than the BOV are you running anything else after market? How much would you say the extra kit helped out with the overall experience while driving the car?

Always though of a RA as a poser car to the EVO X but after watching vids and reading up on evolutionm its quite a good car for what it has. A evo 9 AWD system, a evo 10 engine with some differences in internals, aluminum hood, single scroll turbo that it does have alot of potential to get up to 300hp/tq, TC-SST form the MR minus the S-Sport...all for 28k...but some used one are at 18-20k.
i could buy an evo but i wanna get my ralliart fast as shit i get mine in january in octaine blue then off to ams to get it over 400whp then i will eat some evos

@jake0121 - 08 Evo X MR - lightly modded out with what i can do myself - Short Ram Intake, Upper IC pipe, rear sway bar, lowering springs, BOV, 76mm turbo back exhaust and a Cobb AP to put it all together. my insurance is pretty cheap bcoz its garaged and driven less than 3K a year.
@mxzas - you're dumb! apples to apples, son. all the cars you mention are 2 door sports car. and short of a 911 turbo and carrera gt, my evo can whip any porsche out there.
@pescadero It's pointless to buy an Evo... You can actually put so less money in a ralliart and get better than an Evo. Evo are for those who don't know how to spend their money.
@UtoPluc well, no. if you dump 7k into a ralli you can get it to run faster in a straight line than an evo, but the evo is still an overall better car. you could match an evo on a few more bucks, but it won't be the same. but to be honest i drive a near stock ralli and it's faster than i really care for.
Thanks for the response. That EVO X BOV sounds great in the video. How does the turbosmart compare? Can you post a video of the turbosmart BOV? I don't have any mods on my 09 RA, but I plan on doing the GST V2 base tune and the boost pill. I want an exhaust that doesn't sound too loud in the cabin. I got tired of my old Z's super loud exhaust.
@kenpoS2K at the time its a ultimate racing axle back, since the video i went ultimate racing CAT back, and yes thats a stock evo x BOV, or evo 8 or 9 they are the same.. also since the video i bought a turbo smart BOV specially made for a evo x and ralliart, it ran me $300.00. dont get any other turbo smart BOV unless its spoecially made for evo x or ralliart, or else it will throw a cell..
@AZRALLIART The car is tuned, it peaks at 22psi and drops to 19 psi and hold, i also have swapped the intercoolers and piping, i do have evo x IC and LICP injen UICP
@EliteSTX its not automatic thus it doesnt have a torque converter like automatic do... TC-SST is the shit... lightning quick shifts faster than a manual gearbox

@mxer614 you'll be an evo just a stage 0. maybe a little bit more powerful. to get to 400hp and be stable youll need an evo x turbo swap
