In singleplayer your attacks level up and you can make items that boost your stats so basically yeah you can, but I don't think they affect the characters in Vs mode.
hes goten no where in the game fail wait till u unlock edward newgate or shanks haha he dont even got finsher fail :)

is sanji on easy? he fights like an idiot. beside, luffy has an advantage here, because sanji has no diable jambe. then he would kick his ass.
