The Wind Waker and A Link to the Past are my favourites. Ocarina of Time or Twilight Princess make third for me, but for all I know, Skyward Sword may blow them both out of the water.

@JasonBurrows1989 Don't get your hopes up, it might not ^^ I find most remakes don't beat originals. Still, I'm sure the 3DS one will be an instant classic anyway. I just hope they don't change the music in any way (unless it's just to improve sound quality)

@Nintendosaiyan3 3DS version is confirmed to be the same game just with improved graphics thanks to the 3DS being more powerful thant he N64. Same game, better look :)
