Well, United has 777's to fly from ORD to IAD, IAD to DEN, SFO to ORD. Those are pretty short flights! As a matter of fact, the SFO-ORD route and ORD-SFO route used to be operated by a 747-400 until about last year!
dam that looks so weird seein the airport from this angle..im used to lookin at from that building in the backgroud at 0:43. theyre takin off in the south..this must be summer cause they mostly take off in the north during winter. @ 1:54 u see the diagonal runway that run to the northwest that they use during cross winds. you get the best view of the planes there. youre rite up on em
lol i see a UPS plane in the background where i worked as a mail sorteryea i worked at DFW for about 2 years. there is a plane taking off everything 2 minute there...literally. love the sound of the 777..sounds like a beast coming down that run way. and the exhaust is a low thundering rumble. amazing machines. seem em take off plenty of times sometimes it looks like they aint gonna make it lol
Your vids that you post featuring jet takeoffs and landings are amongst the very best of any others on this site. The vids are always sharp and completely in focus. Also like how you always get one of the engines up close so you can see and hear the power! Thanks for posting and keep up the great work!
With the years the sounds of new turbo-fan-engine-turbines is less in Dc,less in feel-full of power and the ancient jet-engines almost rocket without post-burnt like 707,DC-8,and more wow this musique is unforgeteable, well for the moment there are Ussr jets with Soloviev Engines sounds well.

A good take off profile of the RR Trent 800.RR engines all sound similar - maybe something to do with the three shaft design.

There is one daily 777 flight in each direction between ORD and DFW. The rest of the flights are operated by the MD80.
