there's a lot of flaws here and why they say there isn't enough evidence to pursue criminal charges is absurd. the pool of blood, which would've taken a while to accumulate into it's size is one key piece that can establish a decent prosecution. The time it takes for him to beat her with his fists, go to the bathroom to wash his hands off and come back to turn the camera on to "document her injuries" is clear evidence that event happened for a decent amount of time for that to be displayed.
