you know that "Soctra" belongs to Somalia right? Its just on the tip of Somalia, and even the ppl that live there are Somalis, and back in 17 century Somalis it was part of Somalia. So I don't know how Yemen's get there, they don't even know what to do with it, its empty and under developed.
