Naya (Santanta) and Amber (Mercedes) didn't sang this(i really didn't know why), and "artie" is walking because he isn't playing the character, anyone is playing their character. They are just singing a song together for an event that ocorred last summer - i think. A shopping was oppen during the all night and there were some fashion shows and stuff (thats why "sue"" sais in the end of the video for they leave the shop... and the title "fashion night out")
