Thanks for the tutorial I actually been wanting this style like Audrina from The Hills how she ponytail and make hair puff on the top. I thought u may have tease the hair but yours doesn't...i love it thank u so much! :)
I love what you came up with! And I actually quite enjoyed the babbling, it's nice to listen to when you're trying to get your hair in the same way while watching the video and the mirror. Loved it, used it and now, told you! :D
thumbs up for the cdn accent, for showing me another use for the spiral pin thing, and for showing me how to get rid of the bumpy thing when I do the side curl thing :)
The little gadgets you are referring to are called Spin Pins. They are manufactured by Goody's, and come in both a light hair and a dark hair variety, as well as two sizes. I bought a set at Target for three bucks.
@natinazar Ah! Thank you for the translation. Sorry - I do tend to be a bit of a chatterbox in videos. I hope that I'm getting better at cutting back on chat time! :D
@Lysaan You're very welcome! I got the twisty things at Shopper Drug Mart - a drugstore here in Canada. I also saw them at Daiso if you have one in your city.
Sorry I can't offer any other suggestions. Perhaps try Sally's or something like that?
Thanks mrdizzybubbles! I didn't realize that it was the same hairsytle in OOTD #9. I think it was in another vid that I thought it was a diff style. I'd have to check them all to see again...haha...but yes, I have side swept bangs and of course I'm asian and so I have stick straight hair and I'm not good with hair so it's either down or tied back. So excited, I just bought that corky hair thing and excited to try it out! Thanks so much!
Thanks for a great tutorial. Can you show us any other do's? I really like your hair in OOTD #9 and in the Nice & Naughty 2010 list. Thanks! Also, any suggestions for those of us with bangs? Thanks =)
@monkie2000 My OOTD #9 hair style was actually the second style that I showed on this vid:) And yes, I'll def. add the TAG hair as well...but it's also very simple so I hpoe you don't mind!
I've also had bangs many times in the past and I've found it really depends on the type of bangs you have, your face shape, and the natural texture of your hair.....side swept bangs are flattering for most faces but again, it depends:)
haha now i wanna go out and buy those corky pins thing! thanks for the video :), i always tend to just tie my hair in a bun on my bad hair days. will have to try this out~
I'd have never thought about putting that little thing inside the ponytail just so it doesn't drop. You always learn new things every day, thanks for the tip! I really love the second style a lot, it's really simple, cute and easy to do.
Your hair looks really soft and shiny, do you have a special hair routine or are you one of those lucky people with naturally shiny hair?
@AudreyLudlow Thank you so much Audrey! I don't really have a special routine but I have religiously used a few products that I think do a great job of keeping my hair in decent condition. Perhaps I'll share in a video if people find it helpful:)
love ur technique and explanation of the vid:) will sub u, girl:)
