Which driver do yo use??? I had the similar config as your, but my inno3d geforce 7300gt agp 256mb ddr2 dont want to work. I tried the official 285.62 whql, forceware 93.81, windows, and it freeze when I start a 3d application, and blue screen. Please help me. :D

change your operation system. best choice wil be windows 7 64-bit, because only 64-bit systems can use full 4 gb ram memory... and is better than old win xp ;-)
