I have just started swimming for 2 hours a day. I love it. I haven't lost any weight from it though. I am getting my protein in first. Tuna, chicken, turkey, and eggs.

Guess what I tried today? I did the ham with the cream cheese and peppers. It was yummy. I did some with green peppers and some with banana peppers. I like them both. I thought to simplify the process I could chop the peppers into cream cheese, mix and store in the frig. Then spread it on the meat as I want them. Sort of like a cheese spread.

I am at 7 out of 9 cc's in my band. I still don't have restriction AT ALL. I am so discouraged. I have stayed the same weight for months now and I am only 5 months out. I wish I didn't get the band.. It has not worked for me at all. =(

My restriction comes and goes throughout the month. Just stick with it and try your hardest to stay to the half a cup so that you don't stretch your pouch. What are you doing for exercise? Keep your head up!
