@vafiles Oh yeah, you can turn it off. First, you have to download the video's audio file. Then bring it into an audio program. From there, you have to isolate the exact frequency range of the bleeping sound on the wavelength of the audio file. You might be able to take it out by quieting this frequency range. But in order to leave the voices unaffected, you'll have to do some very careful editing. It might be worth your while to just dub the whole thing yourself. Or just ignore it. Your call.
