This video is true; but it seems to imply that the problem was with the U.S. military, as opposed to government contractors or other federal agencies. In reality, military attorneys spoke out against questionable practices but the Justice Department took a different view. Many people want to see individuals criminally prosecuted but doing so is likely a very bad idea. If agents cannot depend on the guidance they received from DoJ, what is the point of asking for a legal opinion?
Criminal activity must be punished, especially those at the top, who ordered this.
