@aullie2009 They were so beautiful I had to "accidentally" get some video of them walking by. They could be actresses, but I think they were just normal pretty Korean girls out for a fun time at a nice restaurant.
I loved the video. I'm from Missouri and just spent a few weeks in Korea and visited Seoul. I went to a lot of the same places you did and even spent some time in the Ireland Yuki. I think even sat at the same table it looked like you were at. Very interesting.
@somarriba333 Hey thanks. I'm not worried about the vampire, I'll just employ you and your "Vampire Wars" crew to take him on. He's pretty old, should be no match.
this video was awesome. makes me miss seoul so much! i used to live in sinchon last year when i studied at yonsei. what program did you use to edit your video? that picture snapshot thing in the middle was pretty cool
@dorisface Thanks, glad you liked it! I have a Dell laptop with Windows 7. I use Sony Vegas for my edits from now on (earlier it was Windows Live Movie Maker, free program, but limited with audio capabilities, among other things). I will still have some basic blog type videos, but I'll mix in some edits like the Seoul one. Vegas makes it easy to take a still, size it, add border, and have it move around. I was making videos professionally before I came to Korea. Now it's just for fun.
@sskkmmaa Thanks! It's pretty long, I want to keep my videos to 2-3 mins, 5 at the most. But this was a story, my Seoul trip, so I used a lot of footage. I'm also not that good at editing out things, I try to cram everything in there.
Seoul is so crowded omg! And its kinda dirty too what do u think mr stephen? Do u like living in seoul? Here in deajeon its pretty quiet and clean people are nice too unlike the people in seoul
@sojuloveshappy I didn't express that opinion too much in this video, except the subway part. It is very crowded and full of foreigners. It made me appreciate Gwangju more. The smaller cities like ours are really nice, and they are slower, quiet, and cleaner, with many things to do. I only had two days in Seoul, I would like to spend more time. But only to visit and not live all the time!
@mqobongo Now way. Seoul is so huge, and there are a number of places that will have 40-50% foreigners walking around, like Itaewon for example. Maybe it was different in the 1980's and earlier, but nowadays, you don't even have to speak any Korean to get around.
@stephenworldwide really? thats awesome, was really scared of going there cos i thought i would struggle to get my way around the city. Guess this re-ignites my travel trips to the country again...how is the food?
@mqobongo Seoul is really easy for foreigners to get around. If you stick to the busy areas, someone always speaks English a little and most everyone is kind and helpful. Unlike other Asian cities, you don't have to worry about scammers, beggars, pick pockets or any other unpleasant things like that. Train station attendants where there almost all the time to help out. Food is great, but Seoul is not exactly cheap. Snack food all over the place! You should go sometime!
@roxanneworld11: Alpha was about 20,000won per night ($18), and they had breakfast for us. PC rooms are great - only 1,200won per hour ($1)! No wonder people spend hours upon hours in them.
@roxanneworld11 And a standard bus trip from my city (Gwangju) is 16,900won each way (pretty cheap), and 25,000won for a bus with big cushy seats. Seoul doesn't have to be expensive unless you eat in restaurants and go to bars.
Not a pretty nice voice. Interesting video though.

I learned that this particular area and these shops are frequented by TV and movie stars. Maybe these girls were one of them. Numbers? I wish...

Pretty girls on the street! Did you get any numbers? Haha
