You need to replace the water stained wood. The way these Shastas leak, odds are, there is more severe rotting of the framing underneath - not to mention mold in the walls and insulation. You can't just cover it up.
My opinion: Outside paint and flooring is the last thing you do... That water damage is more extensive than it looks from the surface, as I have learned on my 1965 Shasta renovation on my channel. Fix the leaks FIRST, then the fun fluff stuff... (outside paint/flooring/reupholstery)

Nice trailer. Only thing I would do is replace that old style frig with a newer one that has a real ice box/freezer.
