The video is great... yet can't help but notice how it stressed "hardware" over "software". This has been the fundamental problem since the N95. It's no longer about what are baseline hardware features (camera, color, battery, memory, etc...), these need to be high performers as a given and are no longer true differentiators in the competitive landscape. It's about software and user experience. Recognize this and get it right please. I'm rooting for you.
