What grit sandpaper did you use to rough up the wallpaper before applying the solution? I suspect rougher the better like 60 or 80.. Does that sound right?
not always that easy. A simple household water based degreaser can also be effective. Careful not to spend too much on ads and gimmicks. There are many refs on the web to get great advice and save money. Im surprised most videos promoting products dont emphasize safety. Turn the power off or leave the outlet covers on. Do not apply water near an outlet unless you have more experience. Use gloves eyewear and a drop cloth. Water and wood or water and electricity dont mix.
