She's the real hardcore tribal bellydancer! But what does it take to dance like her? yoga, bellydance drills? sure ...and I also see very powerful flamenco postures, am I right? Just how can her moves be so small and yet so precise and powerful??

I was at this show and can tell you that this was a terrific performance by Carolena and by Helm!! Too bad the video isn't clearer. That night was magic!!

Too bad it's poorly compressed video...her muscle articulation is crazy, and i'm sure i'm only seeing a quarter of it....but that's the beauty of see it live :)
