Langley AFB Airshow 2009 - Herb & Ditto in the T-28

Herb & Ditto are a good team. I met and had a conversation with Herb during a show at McConnell AFB in Wichita, KS in early 2000's. He performed beautifully. As many of you may not be aware that a Hmong Fighter Ace, who flew the AT-28D Normad, during the Vietnam War in Laos for less than 2 years but he achieved more than 5,000 missions. Sadly, the Hmong hero was tragically shot down by AAA on July 9, 1969 at Moung Xui, Xiangkhuang. May God rest his soul!
