you will have to call your local gyms and see if they offer adult classes. Another was is to see if they have open gym, a time where for ususally 5 to 10 bucks you can come in and use the equipment for a few hours. You wont have an instructor for open gym, but usually others training will help you out.
I taught myself how to flip.I watched power rangers then I went outside and did what I saw.Actually my next door neighbor had a trampoline and once I learned a hand I did it on the ground and it was history from there.
@GuyInArmor Try calling your local gym and asking about mats. I get mats from local gyms almost every month, theres always someone whos throwing one away because of something as smalls as some rips.
@stylizhmathias I totally understand man, my main background is gymnastics, so ill be going mostly over freerunning with just the basics in parkour; shoulder rolls, vaults, precision. But Ill be bringing in a buddy of mine who is a WFPF sponsored tracuer to really get into the details of parkour and do advanced explanations on some of the tips and tricks. We should have a few videos with him up in the next few weeks on the anomaly freerunning channel.
@AnomalyFreerunning I just dont think you should be teaching precisions and stuff like that. I dunno how good you are, but my first impression is that youre a gymnast. Theres so many ways of doing precisions, people should learn the proper thing.
Arash you're doing great things with this channel, just to let you know it's not going unappreciated. Get hyped up when I see a new one of your videos in my sub box. :)
i think you chanel lately got really organized i love the new series .. you and the plyometrics, sam tribble on the rings and now justin and gymnastic moves ... i think this will help me a lot working out a nice training plan and get better :) keep on the great work!
Thanks, theres a lot more coming to... A series on calisthenics, weight lifting, capoeira, flips, muscle groups/anatomy, injuries... I just dont want to overwhelm you guys with too much.
@strengthproject why not make more channels, with this one being the main channel. every week post the links to the other videos on this channel with a little intro or something
Yes, Justin is awesome! One of the best instructors when it comes to these skills. Very fortunate to be meeting people such as Sam and Justin. Learning so much!
