@lzchlze Yes a Muslim woman can wear nail polish, makeup (not over the top outside the home) and jewelry (once again not over the top). Islamic dress is all about modesty. That translates into dress and attitude. You should never dress to show off or attract inappropriate attention.
Nail polish-Before Muslims pray we wash our hands and face etc. The water has to reach the surface of the nail. There is no problem with wearing nail polish as long as it is taken off before washing the hands.
