Antonov is first a Russian name, second it is a common rule to produce goods in different areas, first to crete jobs in different regions also industrially weak regions like Ukraine after World War II (e.g. the european Airbus is build everywhere in Europe, some parts are even originally from Russian, 25 % of the new Boeing are from Russia) . So to produce in different parts of the country is good economics.....
