I like the big icon. With resolution 1920*1080, I have plenty of space for these and Im actually annoyed that icons in systray are too small. That's because systray is used for system apps you won't use too often in Windows 7, unlike i older Windows, where it was for every app that always runs and would take too much space from taskbar, but that's really not an issue now. :-)
