@superbcool10 This only deletes all data such as photos and contacts, It should not change Software or Firmware Versions!

@kamilyasini You Might have to look for a way to Erase the Phone (Emengency Way) or Take it to a Repair Shop to be looked at!

wow man im taking tips from like a 5 year old ; ) jokes, What i want to know is Will i lose my £10:00 credit after i reset my phone? i had my Nokia 5800 chipped too, will it still function as normal after i reset the factory settings? And how to add back all my contacts in my phonebook = )

@01thrilla You Will not lose your £10.00 Phone Money is Saved to Sim. The best way to know if you can still you your phone after chiped is to find out how it was done. If that Put Software on There It will be Erased If they changed The Hardware you are 99.9% Likely to be fine. And Search on the Web how to back up your Contacts to your Sim card so you can Restore them back after the Erase is Completed!

@COLLiiNZz When you restore it deletes all Data so you can Give the Phone to a Friend etc also I think you can do it on Contract I recommend you contact your Carrier
