that is not an LED thats a lightbulb, and a potentiometer is supposed to adjust the current, not turn it on/off. yes current, not fucking electricity, electricity dosnt chang, the amps(current), voltage and continuity, if you don't know what continuity is, you shouldn't be using electronics
