Sure there is a difference, but the UN and others very often have to work with persons who live there (ambulance drivers fe.) or whose peoples are part of a conflict.

And of course many different nations are part of the UN and also many nations have their own agenda, look at the so called Human Rights Commission of the UN.

I had a problem with people calling the UN and their staff out and citing them a problem or terrorists, which is absurd.

The people that hijack ambulances or shoot civilians are the problem here, not an organisation doing everything it can to aid those that don't want this conflict and are merely victims.
