He wasn't programmed to for MM10 I guess... that's all I can say on the subject.

Basically all the past bosses are weak against weapons similar to what they were weak against in their games. Examples, Napalm Man/Rebound Striker, Slash Man/Chill Spike and Tornado Man/Thunder Wool. Nice run though, and it was cool to see NES style Frost and Slash Man.
