It actually isn't neccesary to raise the water, there are grabable ledges right around the entrance.

yeah i only fixed 4 and it said it was available. I think you only have to fix that one to make it available

@stino210 haha dude same here. My friend and I are competing to see who can get the most achievements and I beat the game before him but he had an achievement that I had no clue how to get. It was this one. And I was mind fucked on how to get in the thing. Stupid aqueducts. I knew you'd help me sometime.

@h8h4x0rs I didn't know that, I thought it was all of them as the notice popped up saying that this layer of Romulus was available after renovating the eighth aquaduct.

@DEVBOB24 unfortunately I didn't have the editing configuration at an optimum level. I have a Turtle Beach Ear Force Z2 Gaming Headset which amplifies the sound output dramatically and the sound is lost in the compression. I'll make sure as to increase the sound in any future videos.
