Its very hard for me to believe that ozzie(who i love & watched play since i was a kid)would say that.Ozzie said"clemente was my jackie robinson growing up".I do however recall his son oz jr.,saying on his spanish baseball radio show here in chicago that"clemente was the best p.r. player of his era,but not the best p.r player to ever play."oz jr. was saying that ivan rodriguez has the best career stats.Every p.r. person including myslef knows that he's our "babe ruth",and to non p.r. latinos.
