alright. anyone who does not live in LA, has NO IDEA WHAT TRAFFIC IS! I live in Los Angeles and I'm moving to boise this summer. I cannot wait to get out of here. Never consider moving here.
I have driven on I-5 in L.A. and also one the exchange in Salt Lake City. Traffic here in Boise isnt all that bad if you actually think about it! You must have just got home from driving in 5 o clock traffic and were still mad!
i have lived in Boise all my life. There is alot to love about this city. For those of you who complain about traffic or how dirty it is, you obviously have not been here. Its very clean, very beautiful. One of the few cities where you actually are not afraid to walk the streets at night. Its gorgeous here. I know its smaller, but i love it. There is a lot to appreciate.

Yep, I mean two cars is a pretty big traffic jam, Boise is a small hick town with two tall buildings, the most traffic you have is when the national rodeo convention comes to town.
Utah's population is 80% Mormons and 20% other religion, Idaho is 97.5% Mormons and 2.5% other religions, so you kind of live in a Mormon state. And learn how to spell Mormon.
Ignorance is a shitty virtue. For those of you who insist on bashing Boise, you might want to try actually visiting a place before considering yourself an expert on it. If you have been there and still can't appreciate it, then that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. Boise is a safe, cultural, thriving city and if you seriously think we sit around and eat potatoes all day, do everyone a favor, keep your mouth shut and stay out.

You can eat potatoes, sit on a bench, and eat jo mama's spuds! If you were in the same room as me you would realize im talking slow so you can understand! Thanks, Salt Lake City. Float the river, get drunk at the hundred or so bars that there are. hmmm... go to a show, the comedy club, hang out at the Market, Alive After 5. yeah, that is all that I can think of off the top of my head, MY FAVE is getting WASTED!

I seem to recall that the artist alley was graffitied as a big event. The owners of the buildings set it up to bring a little more flavor to downtown. Am I right? I think I'm right. Just like the owners of the Record Exchange painted their building way back when... and then had it repainted just last year.
On a different note, I think I spend way too much time downtown because I knew exactly where you were in every shot just by looking at the surrounding scenery. Good video!

yeah great;pretty soon Boise will be covered in gang graffiti;just like my little town in Northern California....What may seem artistically beautiful at first will become more of a lurid, perverse degradation as every interesting building,bus stop,kiosk,sign post,newspaper rack,fence,parked car become a "canvas" for pure bullshit from a spray can or a felt pen.God it's so passe and so old school boring and ugly now...
Frybean, with all due respect, can you show me the specific ordinance in Boise City Code that allows graffiti in that alley? There is a difference between "allowed" and tolerated or unenforced. How about this--- Call up the cops and tell them you are going to tag in that alley, have a can of paint with you and wait for them, let's see if you get ticketed. In fact, bring your camcorder, this would make an interesting video.
by the way, that graffiti isnt illegal, its allowed in that alley, so maybe you should think about what you are gunna say when you dont know what you are talking about.
