1 - The rods are mixed up in the video. Color coding for the rod is as follows: brown/grey is coarse and white is fine as it is with other makes. The “User Manual” could also be clearer on this subject.
2 - When using the 20° holes, I would suggest turning the base 180°. This gives more room for your hand to grip the base and making it a bit safer to operate (hand further away from the knife).
