@MrWhitey101 Actually Steve Jobs saw a Xerox with mouse and windows platforms which the mouse allowed you to move the curser within not IBM. Napsters don't count as one. Because he only created a software that allowed people to share their music with others. There're more just like Napsters (limeware torrence etc.) And they're the ones copying ideas.

And while Napster wasn't stealing someones idea, it was a tool to allow copyright infringement to be made readily availasble to the masses.

This law suit is only creating publicity ever more popularizing the looks of what smartphones are supposed to be. This is not bad for Apple or Samsung who BTW provides huge percentage of Apple components. Apple and Samsung they're both winning. They're in the same bed. Apple was a defunct company until Samsung approached Steve Jobs with flash memory which started ipod.

There is no permission from those countries who supplied actual train to use those technologies to use for their original train. So Tony is right ! Above of that, they are trying to register as their original technology to US and other countries patent office. Anyway, what they got was used technologies which is 11 years old.
In Japan, this type of train will be retired all this year.

They'll acquire technology from somewhere else if Japanese don't sell them the technology. And let's say they're buying bullet train technology from France.
