  • thanks sso much I finally know how to cook eggplant now. I normally cook it without boiling them therefore it taste so weird. My husband birthday coming up and he is requesting me to cook his fav. dish for him which is eggplant. Thanks again.

  • Woodear is an edible fungus. I think u can do without it. I normally get the gist of the recipes posted in youtube and add or subtract per my taste/needs etc

  • thank you, i never knew how to cook eggplant before so yesterday i bought two eggplants and told my son, "i'll look it up on utube". lo and behold, here it is! Cool!!!!
