I just realised I probably hate Carrie so much cause she reminds me of an old best friend. She was also a writer, and like Carrie she used poor metaphors and uses terms like 'that's just me' to justify being simply a selfish bitch towards her friends and boyfriends. You can love yourself without being overly selfish; she's losing all her old friends, which is why its shocking Carrie has three really close girlfriends.
I like it how everyone at the party is dressed confy, sporty, while Carrie looks like a model from a magazine, with a leather dress, golden boots and that giant flower. So odd.
you know i love sex and the city but as a recently out bisexual woman, i think making people fit into boxes is harmful! i am who i am and i tried hiding it for such a long time. i have no problem dating a bisexual guy if he is comfortable with who he is. you aren't gay straight or lying. i know i exist, i know others who are like me exist, i know a woman who is bi and is married to another woman and they are monogamous! people need to stop being ignorant and be more tolerant!
