  • This was a great and informative video! But my question lies in the fact that I need to know if I should be "eating back" the calories that I burn during a moderate workout 2-3 times a week (about 200-300 calories) =) Thanx!

  • and there are ALSO other factors that effect weight loss/gain: Candida Infection, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Food Intollerances, Low Blood Sugar, Water Retention, Insuline Resistance, Adrenal Fatigue.. If u cut back on food u get hungry! if u do more exercise with less fuel u get hungry and tired!!

  • This a HUGE Myth!! to loose weight We Must Balance Hormones!! Insulin Cortisol Thyrod Hormones Leptin Estrogen etc.. if u Really Think 1lb=3500 calories Can u prove it? How do u come up with this number? Does this formula apply to men/women/teenager/eldery, people taking medications, weight to loose, etc? does it apply as a standard?
