The developers of this game are still working on it, and updating the forums. They said that they've had more work done the past three months, than the past three years. And to not get discouraged yet.
I believe it still is in development because it says they are on the website homepage, but who knows. I have heard a lot of rumors floating around the web.

It's still in development, about 75% done at the moment. Search on Google for it, there's a lot of activity on the website's forum.
