Yumi Kikuchi (the girl on our right hand side) is the girl who Raging Raven's face is based off, and she is a good personal friend of Hideo Kojima. Hence why this song is in the game.

If you wait 2 minutes when fighting a boss in Beauty form, the background will go white. Then if you turn this song on the ipod, the beautys will dance.

Its in the game as a fun joke, just like many things in the MGS series. Its hardly surprising now, is it?
