No human could? Um....yeah I saw that special with the two guys that took the challenge to do something like that overnight and they did it. It was really cool, but it took any illusion of space aliens totally out of the picture though. It's done using a 2x4 on ropes under your feet and straight lines are done through a line of site wire hooked to a baseball cap that they line up with a tree or something and walk toward it. Brilliant. Did they do the ones for the movie?
