Something I've found out is that "trimming the dead ends" doesn't actually make your hair healthier- infact it leads to more broken and frizzy hair. When you cut off the 'thinned' ends of your hair, it makes it harder to get the brush through the knots, breaking the hair more often and leading to quick damage and more pulling from the scalp and hair loss.. So please girls, don't trim if you don't have to! :(
