True martial artists not only humble but also know when to strike and when to keep silence. It is the masters' behaviour and his/hers abilities that you can tell by looking at his/hers disciples. Don't you agree ?

No no, you're not getting my point. Our master teaches all the positives of what a Vovinam instructor should teach, including the humble aspects. But our master cannot guide and supervise all his students 24/7, like for example in this youtube comment column.

What I'm saying is although teachers have great influence on thier students, don't assume that a student's actions or behaviours is derived soley from thier master, there may be external factors as well that can influence decision making or train of thought. A master can teach all the correct or positive ways, but how much of it is applied rests with the student.

I say all this because our master is well respected within the Vovinam community as well as the Vietnamese community. He has practically dedicated his life to Vovinam and voluntary work, being the first master to open a vovinam centre in Australia. For you to assume that our master did not do a good job based on this commentary is rather unreasonable.
