yes it is a glitch, where shieks chain does the damage and knocking of her att before the chain.

do a short hop, then get out the chain at the very peak of the jump. now the whip hits the same as a bat!

if you still cant do it, look it up.

I think he used the glitch where the chain does the last attack that Sheik does. In this case it was the bat that does 31% or 32%. Notice that when the chain connects the batswing sound is heard.

1. Use your attack of choice. The chain glitch will jacket this attack, in this case the home-run bat. Also hence the name of the glitch.

2. Short-hop and use the chain at the apex of the hop.

3. Keep hitting the opponent with the attack. If it was a home-run bat the chain would cause an instant kill, everytime. This is very useful, yet cheap, in real fights, yet it is banned at tournaments.

the best is like bair, but even so, any move that "clangs" with the chain will force it to retract.

i know its a 4 month old comment, but her upsmash is 2 hit. chain jacket takes the hitbox of the last move, so it would be the 2nd hit, which doesnt hit 30.

Shame we can't also glitch damage onto Lucario during HRC... If we could, then the Aura ball+ chain jacket might work out better.

But yeah, since it looks like the chain jacket hits degrade just like if you used the actual move, using a batswing would result in crap compared to what else is possible.

There are no differences between Brawl's versions, all glitches work in all versions.

And yes, its hard to do, so you probably will need a lot of trys until it works once
