  • Well said, I have the same belief. I would really like my future kids to know more about Guavas rather than Strawberries we need to preserve our culture.

  • he is Caucasian what prejudice would he expect!

  • @trinigirl1155 You would be surprised how that changes when they hear you're accent.

I must say that your very statement is rather prejudiced. It's not only the colour of your skin that matters. People will judge you based on your gender, your native land, your language, your religion, the way you dress, what school you went to, whether you prefer Liverpool over Arsenal, or even your preference for teal over aquamarine.

How is it that after the entire talk, THAT is what you came away thinking?

Eat, drink, and consume all you can locally.

  • Fav Talk of the event!

  • Well said. Good to see that another generation believes this. Others have come (and gone) saying much the same (if not as eloquently), and been shunted aside. Keep on with the message.

  • this was my favorite talk from that day. i learned a great deal about local food...i'm gonna have to apply these lessons to everyday life!

  • Great Talk, great message for our T&T eaters, great message to the world about our issues. Nice Stefan nice :)
