WOW! What a bunch of nonsense! This was obviously contrived for women with low self esteem. Wake up and ignore this garbage. If you want to be happy and feel good about yourself than take action to affect positive cahnge. The first way to do that is to throw out this nonsense and live in reallity.
Interesting reaction considering I actually designed this piece to be empowering to folks who are struggling with low self esteem issues. Seems you missed the point of the message, which is to promote an understanding of the process we all go through as we grow. Accepting our life lessons with dignity and grace creates meaningful solutions. Just 'feeling good about yourself' implies ignoring the obstacles that help us learn. My reality includes self-introspection, doesn't yours?
