never heard the original...never heard Behemoth...but i know this, your timing is on lock, ur chords clean as fuk, ur alternate picking superb...the sound quality u achieved sounds great and well...i dont even have to comment about ibanez products (ive had others) and always went back to my suped up rg.
good cover but not tense enough...slow picking, you have to be more GRRRRR...but good cover though...better equipments than mine...CHECK MY BEHEMOTH-DECADE OF THERION FULL cover too...let me know what you think...
Good cover [both Behemoth covers...] but I really wish they'd stop with the drums going a thousand miles an hour, and the guitars going only 1/10th of that. If they balanced it out and made them more like they are one piece, it'd sound way better.
considering that it's a 7 string guitar, probably neither, and i'm pretty sure that behemoth never use drop d. i actually think they use drop b and c#standard when they use 6 string guitars. that's the only tuning i've ever seen them use
i'm thinking of getting the same setup as yours although i would like to ask since you put actives in them what is the best part in the back to place the battery cavity? and is it comfortable to play? does the upper horn in the back get in the way of playing?thanks bro
There's enough space in the back cavity (where all of your electronics is) , the only problem I had with this guitar is the neck unbalance, otherwise it was pretty cool.
Dude i noticed you used the tab because the part at 0:25 is d5 e7 d4 and you have got that part exactly like the ug tab. I did the same thing before relearning the whole song by ear.
Love your sound, and that's why I'm asking if youd post me a pic or write down your settings for that awesome tone, i guess you're using the peavey 6505+ amp for that one as the basis?
beautifully done bro, hail Behemoth!!!!!!!! I have much respect for people who learn by ear cause i to taught myself by ear for 20+ years now. Great Job dude.
great sound, blackouts and emg's are the best, don't listen to people that don't know anything about guitars, btw, I see that the m-audio firewire solo works really well, I'm gonna get one :)
ah well. my mistake. i'll probably be getting seymore duncans put into mine (6 string Xiphos). the dimarzios are a hell of a lot better sounding than my old guitar, but they're not the best. i just don't like the whole active pickup thing, guitars are expensive enough as it is, w/o having to pay for betteries for your pickups.
Dude its like once a year you have to chang the batterys and there like 4 bucks a pack for 2, and you only need one so you got one for next year too, its not a hassal at all.
d-activators are good but they are just Ibanez Sound! the Blackouts u put are fkin great and it is first time to listento them.... I am savin money to get the 6string Edge III model Xpt700... I will keep my dimarzio but in the future none sais that i wont replace them :P

Hey I have a question about the Firewire Solo M-Audio.
My uncle gave it to me and I have no idea what it is.
Is it like something I can plug my guitar into so I can record in a program such as Audacity / Mixcraft?
I have Mixcraft but Idk how to go about actually recording my guitar into my computer. I was just wondering what it is / does..
Thanks!!

Their recent stuff is either in C# or A#
Unitazy 2 years ago 2
@ohmyramrod Older stuff like Satanica is in D Standard
Demigod and on they use C# standard for six strings and A# Standard on the sevens
Dethklokalmah 1 year ago
Standard D or A,including 7th string
Unitazy 2 years ago
decade of therion is in D Standard
lhguitar1 2 years ago
@user0x I believe for this song Behemoth uses Standard C# tuning

I must ask, is that model one of the Ibanez '09 models?
Or is it one of the older ones?
It looked like and '09 in your Slaves Shall Serve cover.
Nice playing though. Keep it metal.

Yeah, FireWire solo is the perfect solution for recording guitar at home
Unitazy 3 years ago
the major problem with emg's is that you have to put batteries on them. i don't like that, so i prefer the blackouts
stillbornone666 2 years ago
If I'm not wrong.. blackouts are active pickups, so you have to put battery on them too.
ELiTCAT 2 years ago 2
Silly, blackouts are active too.

d-activators sound plastic, try to plug this guitar into a real amp,it will rip your ass on british flag
Unitazy 3 years ago
yeah, activators aint great, im going to be switching them for either x2ns or blackouts

btw your "inspirer" is using blackouts too
