Are you people joking? My kids and grandkids would never be allowed to act that way in public. IT isnt kids being kids ait is unruly undisciplined kids running around. I don't pay for a hotel room in a nice place to listen to other peoples kids do that. take them to the pool or outside to a park. A public place in a building is not the palce for it and is very selfish. Yes kids should be taught to behave and have respect for others
