  • People in communist countries like north korea, soviet, east germany or yugoslavia were not allowed to have tv.Maybe some of them had color tv broadcast earlier than Korea but it doesn't mean anything since they were not to make any color tvs.

  • We had a Record Royale at that time and most cars were coloured black. It was driven by a driver for a short time since it was that way back then.

  • @kmfw72 N.Korea ,may already had colour TV during 1980's but during the 1990's S.Korean people upgreaded their B/W Tv to Color and North Korean had to sell it for food.
